FluiDyna will attend the International Forum Advanced Automotive Aerodynamics this year. Taking place in Nantwich, UK on June 9 and 10, the forum will showcase the latest developments in the field of automotive aerodynamics. Representatives from world renowned OEMs will share their knowledge through presentations, workshops and panel discussions. Advanced CFD methods, wind tunnel technologies, WLTP, future CO2 compliance testing, innovative approaches in aero-thermal development and drag reduction, downforce and styling are among the topics discussed, whilst taking into consideration current legislative requirements.

With GPU-powered solvers for fluid dynamical problems, FluiDyna provides cutting-edge technology to enhance the engineering process and is keen for the opportunity to network and present these products at the forum. Altair, our strategic partner and sponsor of the event, will demonstrate its suite of cutting-edge CFD tools along with an integrated solution involving ultraFluidX by FluiDyna and Altair’s Virtual Wind Tunnel. If you would like to find out more about our products at the forum, we would be happy to set up a face-to-face appointment. Please contact us via ultrafluidx@fluidyna.com

ultraFluidX is a simulation tool for ultra-fast prediction of the aerodynamic properties of passenger and heavy-duty vehicles as well as for the evaluation of building and environmental aerodynamics. Based on the Lattice Boltzmann Method and optimized for GPU technology, simulations can be performed within just a few hours on a single workstation. The integrated automatic meshing only takes a few minutes and facilitates unrivaled overall process times.
